This is an extension of the Kenya Maize Development Programme, a USAID funded programme in which CGA has been a sub-grantee since 2003. ACDI-VOCA is the main contractor of this programme.
The Project is aimed at increasing rural households through intervening through the maize value chain, with other non-maize staples also targeted
The Project is spread across all major farming areas of the country and ends in June 2012.
David Nyameino will be attending a Cereal Future Forum in Monheim/Bermany from 2nd-4th November 2011, the conference will focus on ghe global challenges and opportunities facing cereals.
